Go!’ with a black screen and the sound effects of guns and shutting doors sets up the scene for the viewer and hooks their interest CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT As the character becomes more stressed and panicked, the camera shots parallel his emotions and become more frantic DRAMATIC DEVICES -          The birds eye view shot of the car near the beginning foreshadows the problems with the fly and presents the man and the car as almost a part of a set in which we are going to watch things fall apart.
